2. Home Project Assessment
We’ll bring our contractor to your home to evaluate the space, discuss product and design options. Accurate measurements & photos are taken, and a budget range is determined. Once a budget estimate is established and a satisfactory design fee is agreed upon, we”ll use the measurements and photographs create a the rough drawings for your new kitchen. Using practical solutions, your ideas and goals are incorporated into a professional renovation design that fits your budget and enhances the value of your home. During the design stage, we’ll talk about the advantages or potential pitfalls of design revisions or using different products.
3. Project Review & Presentation
A meeting at our Canandaigua studio is scheduled to review your project. At this meeting you will be able to make any necessary revisions on your products and or design. We’ll go through selections, layouts, drawings and pricing. Cabinets, appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures are selected. By working with top rated partners like Showplace Cabinetry and Kountry Kraft, RS Signature Kitchens provides high-quality options for your family. When your design and selections are complete, a construction contract is signed and deposit received to hold your start date. Then the fun begins as we select and purchase the new materials for your remodel.
4. Installation
Upon completion of necessary paperwork and receipt of deposit, the most exciting, yet challenging, part of your project is when your home starts its transformation. The construction stage. At RS Signature Kitchens, we oversee the entire process, from the design through the final day of construction. We know that living with a construction project can be stressful enough without having to worry about all the details. We have you covered. Throughout the construction process, we’ll stay on top of it troubleshooting issues as they arise. Know that we are here to help you with every step.
